FAQ's...We're here to help
Not sure what to do, how to do it or where to click, don't worry...below are some frequently asked questions (FAQ's) which we are sure will answer and help you get around our website, failing that you could always click on the "Contact Us" tab and send us a message...
01
Do I need to book or pay you directly ?
No, all bookings are confirmed & booked to us directly by the venue, so as soon as you make your booking with them, they will in turn advise and confirm your date with us. This is all done internally, so you don't need to worry about booking our disco services, the venues will do this.
All payments are made by you directly to each venue by whatever agreement & method you have in place and in turn, we seek payment from them.
NO cash or payments will ever be asked from you by us or any of our DJ's for our disco services.
The only exception to this, would be if you were wanting to book any of our additional services (i.e Karaoke)
There is an additional charge for this & this is payable to us directly beforehand. Click here for more details about booking these services.
02
Can I/Do I have to contact you about our music requests ?
You don't have to, but we would encourage all our customers to complete their "DJ Music Request Forms", regardless if it's your wedding night, birthday, corporate evening or whatever night you have booked.
The easiest method is by clicking on the one of the DJ Music Request Forms on the menu bar at the top and completing your "DJ Music Request Form" on-line, here you'll be able to supply us with details of your night, what music you prefer, first dance if it's your wedding and any additional details of your party too.
You can also submit a playlist to us (or any other files & media like music tracks & photo's) by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab at the foot of this page and looking for the "File Upload" option.
Although requests can be made on the night itself as well.

You'll also be able to go back to it at a later date (even after you have submitted it), if you want to amend or change something without having to contact us or complete the form all over again. It'll explain how to do this after you have completed the form for the 1st time.
If you can't or don't want to do this on-line, we have an option whereby you can print a paper copy of our forms off, complete and return these to us via the post. Click here for this option.
If you would like to discuss things with us verbally, then please fill out our contact form & someone will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
03
Am I able to contact you to discuss things further verbally with you ?
Of course, some things can't be explained via forms or messages, so in these circumstances a phone call to discuss things further is better.
So to request a call simply click here or on the below tab "Contact Us" and fill out the form & someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
04
Do I need to/can I provide my own music ?
You don't need to provide us with any music as such, this is our responsibility to ensure we have your requested tracks, especially your "first dance" song, if it's your wedding.
However, we do ask that you firstly complete your "DJ Music Request Form" and secondly, this is done in ample time i.e. 14 days before your date, this will allow us time to source any tracks we may not have.
Any music/tracks you want to provide yourself must be on a USB memory stick, please do not provide these on CD, as most of our venues have no CD players & therefore we will be unable to play or access your tracks from the CD.

Alternatively, you can submit any music tracks to us via our website by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab & using the "File Upload" facility.
05
I have some photo's/video that I would like you to show, is this possible & if so what do I need do?
All our venues have either TV's and/or projectors installed, so we are indeed able to show your photos or videos on these.
This service needs to be pre-arranged beforehand & is currently complementary.
To request & book, please click here or on the above tab "Our Services" and follow the instructions there.
06
Can I book Karaoke ?
We do offer this service, however there is an additional charge of £60.
You & your guests will then be able to sing for the entire duration of the evening, if you or they so wish.
Karaoke needs to be pre-booked & pre-paid for and can not be booked or requested on the night, as additional equipment is required.
If you would like to go ahead & book this, please click here or on the above tab "Our Services" and follow the instructions there.
Please note:
The Karaoke we offer is Fun Karaoke, so we do not have additional features like echo, reverb, key selection of the karaoke track etc. It's simply singing over microphones...but don't worry, however we do of course supply the lyrics/words to each track & these will be displayed on the TV's/Projectors we have in each venue.
We don't provide Karaoke books, as we have over 40,000 tracks...So it's rare we do not have a particular song or track that someone would like to sing.
We do provide Karaoke slips, whereby guests can jot down their name and the song they would like to sing and we will take care of the rest.
07
We are a Charity, do you support these ?
As a company we do support charity events, however as we cover various venues & hotels, understandably we get asked a lot if we can either do our services for free or discounted in some way, so we have to be selective in who & how many we support.
Therefore each year we carefully decide which charities & events we will support for that 12 month period, if you would like us to consider you or your charity for any future events at any of our residential venues, then feel free to contact us, allowing upto 6 months prior to your charity event for us to take you into consideration.
08
Do you do any mobile work & can I book you privately ?
The short answer is no, unfortunately. It's very kind of you to want to book us outside of the venues we do, however we are exclusive to them & as such no mobile, outside or private work is taken on by us at all, sorry.
