To Book Your Photo Slideshows or Videos...

 

We have installed our own equipment into each & every venue we cover,  as these all consist of either a TV and/or projector we are therefore able to display your own photos and video.

If you are interested in us providing this additional service for you, which is currently complementary & free then we would like to hear from you. So what do you need do?

 

Please take a little time to read the guidance notes below, this should help you with the basics.

 

Then it's just a matter of completing the "Booking form" for this service & clicking send.

 

Photo Slide Show

 

We can display any & as many photos for you as you like. A couple of things you need to bear in mind and ensure you do prior.

The format of the photo's need to be in one of the following:

JPEG/BMP/GIF/PNG/TIF

 

Please ensure any photo's that have been taken sideways on, have been rotated upwards & correctly, as these will not be automatically done for you by us or our software, so they will be displayed exactly as provided to us.

Beware that TV's are widescreen and any photo's that have not been optimised, will be displayed exactly as provided, so some photo's may appear "squeezed up".

 

Please do not provide us with any photo's on CD, they MUST be on a USB memory stick (We may be able to extract these from a SD Card, but we can not guarantee this). We also don't have the facility to plug mobile phones into our systems.

 

Photo's with a very high resolution "may" not be able to be displayed, it's rare that this is an issue for us, however on the odd occasion our systems can sometimes not perform this.

 

As this is a complementary service, we do have the discretion if & when to display them, generally we will display & have the slideshow going from the start of the evening and as your guests arrive these will be viewable, however after the buffet/finishing of the meal or any other general mid way point of the evening coming to a close and the "main part" of the evening starts, we will generally switch off the photoslide show and utilise our systems for music videos and/or for our own general use.

 

Videos

 

We can display & show videos for you with or without sound.

The format of these need to be in one of the following:

MP4/FLV/MKV/WMV/M4V

Videos can be of any size & length and we are also able to display HD videos

 

They MUST be supplied to us on a USB memory stick (We may be able to extract them from a SD Card, but we can not guarantee this). Please do not provide any videos to us on a DVD as we do not have the facility to play direct from these from our systems.

 

Please note

We are NOT able to show PowerPoint presentations or anything related with PowerPoint formats, this is due to how our systems operate.
